Conservation Achievement Award Statuettes

Orders for the Affiliate State Conservation Achievement Award Statuettes must be placed 8-10 weeks prior to your awards ceremony or the statues may not be received in time. The prices of the statuettes have increased to $180 + tax each. Place your order using the order form provided below and upon receipt of your form, Nova Blue will contact you to give you final costs; which will include shipping. Payment must be received before awards will be cast and created. Brass plates and engraving are not included. Blank brass citation plates may be purchased and engraved through Nova Blue (call for pricing) or at your local engraver.       

As the awards are made to order, Nova Blue needs as much advance notification as possible. Therefore, please send your 2012 PROJECTION OF NEEDS form to David Lynn at nbstudioarts@gmail.com by October 1, 2011 to enable him to meet your needs for the coming year.

Please check the order upon arrival for shipping damage and contact the vendor within five days in order for him to file a damage claim. Notification after five days will result in your organization paying shipping both ways, and there may be a charge to you for the damaged repair. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
