An Annual Application for Affiliation must be filed each year.  Please complete this application and return with the items listed below.

Along with this completed application, the following items are also required to finalize the application process:

• Exhibit A - Affiliation fee: $37.00. Please make your check out to the National Wildlife Federation and mail to NWF Affiliate Relations, c/o Renewals, 11100 Wildlife Center Drive, Reston, VA 20190. Or, call Nicole Erickson at 703-438-6044 to pay by credit card.
• Exhibit B - Provide copy of Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, only IF AMENDED SINCE LAST YEAR'S APPLICATION.

Please note that incomplete applications will not be accepted. Additionally, failure in reporting must be brought to the attention of the Board of Directors Credentials and Affiliate Standards Committee and may affect delegate reimbursement for the 2008 NWF Annual Meeting.
